Nissaggiya Pacittiya 40계 - 가사․발우․소지물․공양작법(供養作法)에 관한 계율

 

비구의 가사, 발우, 소지물, 공양작법(供養作法)에 관한 계율로서,

 

이 계율에는 금,은,돈을 받거나  어떤 종류의 물물 교환도 금지(禁止)한다.

 

범계(犯戒)는 해당 물건이 압수 당하고 대중 앞에 참회하여야 치유될 수 있다.

 

 

 

Rules for using a monk's robes, alms bowl, monk's utensils, and conduct for

Table-manners.

 

These rules include the prohibition of acceptance of gold, silver, or money, and bartering or transaction of any kind.

 

Any of these rules is breached by a bad conduct.

The breach can be cured by a forfeiture of the thing that causes the offence first, followed by a confession.
